Our programmes are extremely challenging. You will be given autonomy over your work and expected to deliver measurable benefits to the business from your first day. As your placements will span the length and breadth of our businesses, you'll gain high exposure and a deep understanding of how our organisation works. You'll be stretched - so you will need to be resilient - but if you work hard our programme will fast track you into a leadership position.
