Wills Marketing Project Officer, The Co-operative Legal Services

Brief description of project:

This is an opportunity to work within the dynamic marketing function of the Co-operative Legal Services (CLS). This function is responsible for driving the marketing of the CLS products and services across a whole range of internal and external channels.
 
Group of peopleThis project will be focussed on developing the marketing proposition for a range of CLS products and services including Wills, employment law and legal advice for our website and marketing and sales materials for our sales channels, including Financial advisers and CIFAs.

This is an excellent opportunity to take responsibility for the development of some essential sales channels which will test and develop a full range of managerial skills including marketing proposition and product definition, process and operational management, sales development.

The major output of this project are:

  • Delivery of new marketing material to support the delivery of the website. Areas potentially will include Wills, employment Law, Legal advice areas of the business.
  • Delivery of key marketing and sales documentation to assist the knowledge and performance of several key sales channels for the CLS wills business
  • Development and delivery of communication methods with key sales channels and effective agreed sales processes

How this project contributes to the strategy of thedepartment and business:

This project is critical in allowing CLS to maximise the value it gets from the website traffic that it currently experiences and to support the attraction of additional volume.

The marketing material for the key sales channels will support the more effective and cost effective acquisition of new business and effective management of our relationships with existing channels.

The project will achieve the following measurable benefits:

  • Marketing material content defined and produced as per scope
  • Clearly defined sales aid material for key sales channels in place, agreed with the sales channels
  • Clearly defined sales processes with key sales channels in place
