The Co-operative Pharmacy

With 750 outlets and over 5,000 employees, we are one of the top three pharmacy businesses in the UK. The priorities for the business will centre on improving and growing the store portfolio, improving the customer proposition and the capability of employees in order to drive further sales and efficiencies throughout the business.

It has a new e-pharmacy which offers healthcare products and services online. The site offers customers medical diagnoses and treatment for a range of conditions via remote consultation and features a health assessment tool. Appointments for biometric health testing can also be booked at Co-operative Pharmacy branches via the website.  The tests include blood pressure checks, total cholesterol and blood glucose.

The Co-operative Pharmacy has also moved into providing hospital outpatient dispensing, operating five pharmacies for NHS hospitals.

Our pharmacies provided a range of services, including flu vaccinations, weight management, sexual health and Muslim health, Our state-of-the-art national distribution centre in Stoke manages its supply chain.
