Green Schools Revolution – Will Your School Be Joining?
Green Schools Revolution is an inspiring UK sustainability education programme from The Co-operative. This free programme provides an easy and rewarding way to implement three key sustainability themes into the classroom: energy, water and healthy living.
Written by educational specialists, it is a free, creative, cross-curricular resource and is available to all UK Primary and Secondary schools. It brings together teachers, parents, pupils and local communities, with projects that encourage creative thinking about the environment.
As part of the Green Schools Revolution programme, The Co-operative is on hand to lend extra support to the schools that are involved, offering a programme of school visits to Co-operative Farms, wind farms and science and discovery centres, as well as other exciting opportunities.
Every school joining Green Schools Revolution will receive a great starter pack and have access to free online cross-curricular resources.
