During 2010, we worked towards 84 targets that were set in previous year's Reports, and achieved, or were on track to achieving, 65 of these targets. Performance targets for attainment in 2011 and beyond are directed by the Ethical Operating Plan. We're the highest performing retailer in the Business in the Community (BITC) Corporate Responsibility (CR) Index, and the only financial services business to achieve the leading Platinum Plus ranking.
