Targets and progress
Target attainment 2011
During 2011, we worked towards 104 targets set in previous years, and we have achieved, or are on track to achieve 82 of these. The majority were Ethical Plan targets, which are long-term commitments to sustainability, and of these we have already achieved 88%. We have set 96 targets going forward.
