If you’d like to apply for free advice and training from The Co-operative Enterprise Hub, please fill in the following form.

• It should take around 20 minutes to complete.
• The form cannot be saved, so please ensure you are able to complete it in one sitting before you begin.

We will be asking you for the following information:

• Your contact details
• Some background information about your organisation
• The type of support you need
