Share your co-operative story
Over the past year, The Co-operative Enterprise Hub has helped dozens of new organisations embrace the co-operative way of doing business. We've provided advice and training to coffee shops, green energy initiatives and football clubs across the country and, as the months progressed, we’ve been pleased to see more and more businesses approach us with the intention of becoming a member-owned organisation.
What's more, we’ve been delighted to see an increased awareness of the co-operative movement; the launch of the Hub in Scotland and the recent Join The Revolution campaign has only helped increase the public knowledge of co-operatives and, in particular, our work. The stories of fellow co-operatives like Oxford Cycle Workshop and FC United have inspired other organisations to adopt a co-operative model; real people explaining that there's a better way to do business.
And now, we want to hear your stories. If you work for a co-operative, share your tale with us; who you are, what you do and what being a co-operative means to you.
Tell us your story on Facebook or Twitter. We'll post them up on another blog next week.
