As the custodian of over 10 000 properties across the UK the Estates business is a vital part of The Co-operative Group. Our portfolio stretches from retail sites, where we are responsible for the Group's 6600 trading properties across the food retail, pharmacy, funerals and banking sectors, through to our investment portfolio and innovative developments such as NOMA - a 4 million sq ft mixed use, redevelopment in Manchester City Centre. Our Estate management doesn’t stop there though as we are also responsible for the facilities management, energy management and operational risk requirements within all of our properties.
