We recognise that, if the development industry is to truly accept a sustainable approach to delivery, then meeting the environmental challenges we face needs to be shown to add to the bottom line. Our approach uses our knowledge and experience to bring forward schemes that optimise the potential of the land we own, delivering exemplars that show the way forward.
Not every site is suitable for every solution and recognising the limits of development and the uniqueness of the place is essential to making schemes work, but our larger scale projects show what can be achieved when our integrated approach to development is taken forward
Some of the most exciting projects we are currently involved in include: development of a new carbon neutral town in the East Midlands; regeneration of a large city centre site in Manchester, and development of a series of sustainable linked communities in the South West.
