All have the potential to seriously damage the operational effectiveness of The Co-operative Group, cause damage to the reputation of the business and ultimately affect the service we provide to you, the customer.

Through the day-to-day management of the overall programme of training, exercises and reviews, the Business Continuity Team delivers strategic continuity support ensuring the business remains focused, stable and resilient to any eventuality.
