The Co-operative has more convenience stores in more locations than anyone else in the UK. The Co-operative Food Property is dedicated to the acquisition, management, maintenance and disposals of the group’s food stores.

The Co-operative has over 2900 food stores in the UK, from the Shetland Isles to Central London and the Isles of Scilly. Across the range of businesses we are actively seeking new sites to support our ambitious growth plans.

So what do we want?

As long as the location is right, we are flexible on size and shape, but as a guide:

2,000 to 18,000 square foot net
Open A1 food retail potential
New developments or walk-in opportunities
Leaseholds or freeholds
High streets and local community locations preferred
