Carnoustie packhouse

The Co-operative's pack house at Carnoustie packs potatoes from our farms and other approved growers for our Co-operative Food stores. Carnoustie is on the Scottish coast near Dundee and not far from our farm at Blairgowrie and the new pack house at Longforgan.

In addition to the diverse permanent workforce at Carnoustie we have between 6 and 12 temporary seasonal workers working for 3 month periods in the pack house and living in on site caravans nearby. The seasonal workers are benefitting from new facilities, including a recently installed recreation room.
