About the packhouse:
The Carnoustie packhouse is owned by us and has been operating since 2007. "Grown by us" potatoes are washed and packed here for Co-operative stores, as well as potatoes from other approved growers.

Interesting fact:
Bill was The Co-operative Farms Employee of the Year in 2008. He has been in the potato industry for nearly 30 years! During this time he married Susan, had two daughters and ran a successful restaurant, which he has now sold. His family support Guide Dogs for the Blind and are currently looking after Uska, a Labrador Retriever puppy in training as a Guide Dog.
