Recipe method
1. Heat a wok or large frying pan. Add the spray oil and stir-fry the onion for 2-3 mins over a medium heat until softened.
2. Add the turkey and stir-fry for 3 mins until it starts to brown. Add the carrots and broccoli and stir fry for a further 3 mins.
3. Mix the orange rind and juice with the soy sauce, ginger and cornflour. Pour over the stir-fry and cook for 1-2 mins until the sauce is thickened and glossy. Reduce the heat.
4. Scatter the orange segments over the stir-fry, season with black pepper and serve.
