Stilton & tomato puffs

Ingredients

  • 1/2 x 375g pack ready-made puff pastry
  • 10 cherry tomatoes, each sliced into 3
  • 75g (2 3/4oz) The Co-operative stilton, crumbled

Recipe method

Preheat the oven to 220°C, 425°F, gas mark 7.

Cut pastry into 10 rectangles. Place onto 2 baking trays. Top with Stilton, keeping pastry edges clear. Place tomato slices on top and bake for 10–12 minutes until golden. Serve warm or cold.

Hi,tryed this yesterday very good.Then i changed it a little,by adding fresh chilli and fresh garlic under mozzarella cheese with the cherry tomatoes and a little olive oil on top.(bella, bella as they say italy)beautiful as we say in england.
