1. The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 and over, excluding employees of the Promoter or The Co-operative, their agents, families or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
   
2. To enter, fill in the entry form below with your answer to the question and send it to The Co-operative PG tips Eco Warrior Promotion, PO Box 7557, Derby DE1 0NP or fill in the online entry form at www.co-operative.coop/pgtips and submit your details. Online entries will be collected by The Co-operative who will pass them on to the Promoter.
   
3. Closing date: midnight (GMT) 06.12.09
   
4. Promotion limited to one entry per person, per household. Incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries or those entries not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted.
   
5. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in the post or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of posting or sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
   
6. The First Prize: The 25 lucky Winners will each receive a DAB Pure Evoke radio.
   
7. The Runners-Up Prize: The 25 lucky Runners-Up will each receive a Tefal Quick cup water heater
   
8. The first 25 entries drawn at random by an independent judge from all correct valid entries received by the closing date will receive the First Prize. The next 25 entries drawn at random will win the Runners-Up Prize. The decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No cash alternative. No correspondence will be entered into.
   
9. Winners and Runners-Up will be notified by telephone and post within 28 days of the draw. The Winners and Runners-Up must claim their prize within 28 days of notification. If any prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules.
   
10. The winner’s details (name and county) can be obtained within seven weeks after the draw by sending a stamped SAE to the promotional address below.
    
11. Winners and Runners-Up may be required to participate in publicity arising from this promotion.
    
12. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the promotion rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller, for the purposes of the administration of this promotion, and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
    
13. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
