  1. The web version of The co-operative radio is not a live service and differs from the radio heard in participating Co-operative Group stores.
  2. Access to the online radio website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason the online radio website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
  3. The decision whether to broadcast any song or other requests via the online radio is made by us and/or our elected agents in our sole discretion. Any such broadcast will be at a time determined by us or our agents. These decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  4. We shall not be responsible for any requests delayed, or not received for whatever reason or for any personal computer issues experienced when accessing the online radio.
  5. Where the online radio website contains links to other sites provided by third parties, these links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the contents of those sites, and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. You take full responsibility for any decision to use, purchase or refrain from purchasing any of the services or products mentioned on a linked site, including the purchase of songs via iTunes. If you do purchase products or services from another website please read their contract carefully before purchase. Your contract for those products or services will be with the third party, not Co-operative Group.
  6. We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights relating to the online radio website and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws around the world. All such rights are reserved. You must not use any part of the materials for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.
  7. We do not guarantee that the online radio service will be delivered uninterrupted, timely or free from bugs, viruses and errors.
  8. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or other type loss or damage resulting from your use, or downloading of any content on the online radio or a linked website.
  9. We process information about you in accordance with our privacy policy. By using the online radio service, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate. By submitting a request to, or feedback about, the online radio, you consent to us broadcasting your name, location and any other key details provided to us by you on the online radio and/or on the radio heard in participating Co-operative Group stores.
  10. We may revise these terms at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes, as they are binding on you. By using the online radio website, you indicate that you accept these terms and that you agree to abide by them.
  11. Save where specifically stated, the content and the online radio is directed solely at users located in England and Wales. If you choose to access the site from outside England or Wales you do so at your own risk. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. All disputes arising from them or from use of the online radio shall be resolved exclusively in the English courts.
