Prize Draw:
1. The Ultimate World Football Tour prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) is open to residents of the United Kingdom only. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over. Employees and their immediate families of The Co-operative Group (the “Promoter”) and its affiliated companies their agencies or any other company or person professionally connected with the Prize Draw are excluded from entry. No bulk or third party entries accepted.
By taking part in The Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. To enter via freepost:
• Collect one receipt of at least £20 value/spend from either a
Co-operative Food or Somerfield store dated between 1st and 31st March 2010, excluding fuel.
• Fill in a promotional entry form, available in participating Co-operative and Somerfield stores whilst stocks last. Be sure to include your name, address and phone number with your receipts in an envelope to: The Co-operative Football Tour Promotion, FREEPOST, MR9710, Manchester, M2 9RE.
• Put your entry in the post to us. Entries that do not contain the above stated requirements, including valid receipts and contact details, will not be entered.
Individuals can enter up to five times during the promotion, but each entry must contain a different receipt that has not been used before and is from purchases within the valid dates of the promotion.
3. N. Ireland residents only:
• To enter the draw with the same chance of winning but without purchase, send your name, address and contact number to The Co-operative Football Tour Promotion FREEPOST, MR9710, Manchester, M2 9RE.
The maximum number of entries is five per person, with a maximum of one entry per day. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using any means to circumvent this rule, by for example the use of ‘brute force’, ‘script’ or any other means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
4. The closing date for receipt of entries is 30th April 2010. All entries must be received by this date. Proof of sending is not proof of entry and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received or incompletely received due to either postal or technical fault.
5. There will be one Ultimate Football World Tour prize (the ‘Prize’).
Please note that the prize will be unable to be awarded to anybody who is subject to a Football Banning Order.
6. The winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision and notified by email and phone within 3 days of the closing date. Only the winner will be notified.
7. The promoter will take all reasonable steps to contact the winner (by phone and email if both are available) but, due to the prize fund booking requirements, in the event of failure to do so within 48 hours it reserves the right at its absolute discretion to award the prize to a substitute winner drawn at the same time.
8. The Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity without further recompense.

11. Any personal data relating to participants will be used in accordance with current UK Data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to any third party without the individual’s prior consent.
12. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By taking part in the Promotion you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
The Ultimate World Football Tour Prize:
13. The prize is for four people, at least two of whom must be over 18 years of age, and for the duration of 3 weeks consists of:
• Business class flights throughout
• Return transfers to the airports (UK and abroad)
• 5 star or equivalent hotels
• Return transfers from the hotel to every match
• At least 1 Excursion in each city (including transfers)
• £2,000 spending money in total
• Tickets for matches in Spain, USA, Australia and Japan
14. Full details of the tour to be confirmed with the prize winner following the draw.
15. All dates and detailed facilities are dependent on availability at the time of booking as a detailed arrangement with the winner following the prize draw is required.
16. The winner is responsible for any additional expenses, including all incidentals, not listed as part of the prize package above.
17. Winner and guests must be in possession of a valid 10-year passport, and must have a minimum of 90 days validity for the duration of the prize break.
18. Winner and guests must be in possession of any applicable visas.
19. Winners must travel and complete their trip by 01/10/11 excludes Bank Holidays and Christmas.
20. No cash or other prize alternative is available, and unless agreed in writing by the promoter the prize will only be available to the winner in person.
