How do I sign-up for FREE home delivery*?
If your store offers FREE home delivery*, then you can sign up in store. Just ask a member of staff for more information.
We're helping you to lighten the load with FREE home delivery*. All you need to do is follow our simple steps when you're in store, as detailed on the left.
We're improving our home delivery service
We are putting a touchscreen kiosk in to all of our home delivery stores to make things quicker and easier. Look out for it coming soon to your local home delivery store.
1. Swipe your card
Before you start enjoying our FREE home delivery service*, you'll need to register your details using a new home delivery card. Simply pick up a new card in-store, swipe it at the touchscreen and follow the on screen instructions.
2. Pick the time
Using the touchscreen, pick a delivery time that best suits you. You can select a 2 hour timeslot for the same or next day. After a few moments the touchscreen will dispense your time ticket.
3. Shop as usual
Choose your favourite products, then once at the checkout, present your home delivery card and time ticket to the cashier. Remember, with FREE home delivery*, you can now pick up even more great products and offers!
4. We'll deliver it
Leave your shopping with us and we'll deliver it for FREE*.

Who is entitled to FREE home delivery?
Home delivery is available for anyone over the age of 18 spending over £25**.
Some stores are waiting to be re-branded from Somerfield to The Co-operative Food, and by the end of 2010 this will be complete! See your region for a full list of participating stores (both Somerfield and The Co-operative Food):
