"Sadly, my mother passed away and being only 21 myself I panicked that I wouldn’t know how to arrange a funeral. But when I visited your Airdrie branch I was greeted by the most fantastic lady – extremely pleasant and ready to support me and my family with whatever help we needed during this time.

Like most people, you wouldn’t expect to lose someone at 40 so we had no savings that could help towards the cost. We explained what we would want for my Mum’s last day with us and she really did make this possible and explained everything in detail, checking that each and every one of us understood what we were being told.

Having explained that we have no savings, we were made to feel more at ease knowing that once we had paid the small deposit, we would be able to pay over 12 months. As sad as it may sound it sort of made me feel more at ease knowing that we would actually be able to give her the best possible send off and not have the fear of no money!

I am often the person that complains or gets annoyed about poor service – however, every minute we dealt with you has left us feeling better and more at ease that in the end, everything would be ok. I really want my thanks and appreciation to be noted- being 100% honest I didn’t think I would be as happy as I am. All of your team did an excellent job."
