The Co-operative Funeralcare offers a range of three Set Burial Plans. Each Plan provides a different level of service depending on your requirements and there are a variety of payment options available.

Everything included in your Set Burial Plan is fully guaranteed, so no matter how much prices may rise there will be no more to pay for these items.
Acceptance is guaranteed, with no medical or health questions.
Three types of Set Burial Plan are available – Gold, Silver and Bronze.
Your personal wishes can be recorded, such as choice of hymns or music, choice of crematorium, etc.
They are fully transferable across our network of over 1,100 Co-operative owned funeral homes in the UK.
Your family may add any personal touches to the arrangements at the time of the funeral.
Plans can be purchased for you, a relative, dependent or close friend.
They are provided and arranged by The Co-operative Funeralcare, the experts in funeral planning.

If you are interested in taking out a Set Burial Plan, you can only do so by downloading an Application Form from this website or by contacting The Funeral Planning Team on 0800 328 7083. (Lines open Mon – Fri 8am – 6pm; Sat 9am – 1pm, excluding public holidays).

Set Burial Plans are not available from our network of Co-operative Funeralcare funeral homes. However, our Funeral Directors can provide expert advice on a Tailor-made Funeral Plan for burial.

A choice of ways to pay for your Set Burial Plan

There are 3 ways to pay for your Set Burial Plan:

Pay in full with a single payment – and you will never have to worry about your funeral costs again.
Spread the cost and pay in full over 12, 24 or 36 months by Direct Debit^.
Pay by fixed monthly payments – the amount you pay is based on the Plan you choose, whether the Plan Holder is male or female, and the Plan Holder’s age when starting the Funeral Plan.

^ An instalment charge applies if you choose to pay over 24 or 36 months.
