Probate (Confirmation in Scotland) and Estate Administration - The Co-operative Legal Services provide the professional advice and support often needed following a bereavement. As well as explaining what probate is and whether it is required The Co-operative Legal Services can take on the responsibility for Probate (including obtaining Grant of Probate) and the administration of the estate, reducing the stress and burden during what can be a difficult time.
