Our Set Funeral Plans are available for both cremation and burial. Straightforward and affordable, you're given the full details of what's included as part of your Bronze, Silver or Gold Plan, and you can be sure that there will be no more to pay for these services when the time comes.

Spread the cost

Make your Set Funeral Plan more affordable by spreading the cost over a fixed period and making monthly payments by Direct Debit. Your monthly payment is fixed and once the Plan is paid for in full, everything is covered.

Fixed Monthly Payments

Fixed Monthly Payments are a great way to make planning your funeral more affordable. You make the same low payment every month for life, or until the anniversary of your Set Funeral Plan prior to your 90th birthday. Anyone aged between 50 and 80 can choose to pay by Fixed Monthly Payment, and there are no medical questions to answer. The payments are based on the Plan you choose and the Plan Holder's age. All the services detailed in your plan will be covered as soon as you have been paying into the Plan for 2 years. If you die within 2 years of taking out your Plan we'll return 120% of payments already paid, to your estate. Depending on how long you live, the total cost of the funeral at the time of death may be less than the total payments made. Simply select your Plan and tell us your age and we'll advise you of what your low monthly payment will be.

Tailor made plans

Our Tailor-made Funeral Plans let you decide on every detail of your funeral service, whatever your budget. Tailor-made Funeral Plans are arranged directly through your local Co-operative Funeralcare Funeral Home and - just like our Set Plans - you know exactly what's covered, so your assured that there will never be anything more to pay for these servicecs.

Pay in full for immediate cover

Make one payment when you arrange your Tailor-made Plan, and relax knowing everything is already taken care of. Payment can be made by cash or cheque, or with a credit or debit card.

Spread the cost over 12, 24, 36 or 60 months

Make your Tailor-made Funeral Plan more affordable by spreading the cost over a fixed period by monthly Direct Debit instalments. Your monthly payment is fixed and once the Plan is paid in full, everything is covered.

Please note:
Set Burial Plans are not available through The Co-operative Funeralcare Funeral Homes. A Set Burial Plan does not include the cost of purchasing a grave - this will need to be arranged separately in advance. You can do this through one of our Funeral Directors or you can call the Funeral Planning team for advice on 0800 088 4872. If you cancel the Plan within 30 days we'll refund the payment you've made. If you cancel after 30 days, all your payments will be refunded, but there will be a Cancellation Charge of £250.

For Tailor-made Plans there is an instalment charge if you want to pay over 24, 36 or 60 months.
The price of a Tailor-made Funeral Plan may vary depending on the items and services you choose.
