We’re investing millions in communities across the UK. We support 12,000 community initiatives a year – that’s one every hour of every day – helping people change their world for the better.

From setting ourselves the toughest carbon reduction targets to supporting a Clean Energy Revolution, reducing our waste and packaging to nature conservation, we're committed to protecting the environment.

We’re doing more than ever to promote the positive work co-operatives can do, as well as helping new and existing co-operatives in the UK and across the world.

Inspiring young people are working together to change their world for the better. By challenging negative perceptions, volunteering and becoming green pioneers, our programme will benefit one million young people.

We strive for a fairer world where basic human needs are met and rights are respected. Our continued commitment to Fairtrade in the UK and broader tackling global poverty benefits hundreds of thousands of people each year.

Our Bank doesn’t lend customers’ money to businesses that conflict with their ethics. Instead it’s used to fund initiatives they do support, such as community-led renewable energy.

We're the largest consumer co-operative in the UK. We are owned and democratically controlled by our 7 million members, ordinary people who all have the opportunity to have a say in our business and share in our profits.

We are a responsible retailer and we want to ensure that everyone, no matter where they live, or how much money they have, can access healthy food and products that don’t compromise on animal welfare.

From campaigning to help save pollinators or supporting a Clean Energy Revolution, to becoming a member and supporting Fairtrade, there are lots of ways to get involved and take action.
