Supporting co-operatives

Against the backdrop of a challenging economy, the UK co-operative sector has continued to grow. There are now over 5,000 co-operatives nationwide involved in everything from food retail to housing, farming and education.

We believe in the principle of co-operation amongst co-operatives and will endeavour to support the sector, particularly growth in new areas such as schools, community energy, sports clubs and rural services.

We are committed to supporting the co-operative sector, particularly in new areas such as schools, community energy and sports clubs. To date, we have helped 700 co-operative enterprises to grow and prosper.
