take care of yourself and we'll take care of the rest
Having an accident can be painful and stressful. It can also cause short and long-term problems in your life, with your family, work and pastimes.
If you have been in an accident - either as a driver, passenger or pedestrian, at work or in a public place - and suffered an injury as a result, you may be able to make a claim against the party at fault.
At The Co-operative Legal Services our legal experts are ready to offer you step-by-step guidance through what can be a complicated process. There is no need to worry and suffer in silence – all the help and legal advice you need is just a phone call away.
what we do
At The Co-operative Legal Services our approach to Accident and Injury enquiries is different. We will offer you legal advice on your personal circumstances and provide you with guidance on how best to proceed. Traditional claims organisations may encourage a claim to be pursued even if the outcome is unlikely to benefit the injured party. We will provide an open and honest assessment on whether the claim is valid and worth pursuing.
pursuing a claim
The Co-operative Legal Services will only take on cases on behalf of Co-operative members, so if you would like us to progress your case on your behalf then you will need to become a member. This will entitle you to a range of funding options allowing us to support your case, meaning that you will not incur any personal costs arising from the claim.
pastimes
If you have been in an accident - either as a driver, passenger or pedestrian, at work or in a public place and suffered an injury as a result, you may be able to make a claim against the party at fault.
Call us for help and free legal advice. You can be sure your enquiries will be handled with integrity and in a clear, straightforward way without all the confusing legal jargon.
Our telephone advice is completely free, without obligation and in complete confidence. There is also no need for you to even visit our offices.
