Seek our advice as soon as you possibly can. During our first telephone conversation you can explain your circumstances, we will consider your claim and legal position, and advise you as to whether you have reasonable grounds for a claim.
If this seems likely we will take further information from you and arrange for our employment solicitors to provide an assessment of your claim. This service is all provided free of charge.
Negotiating with your employer
Once instructed, we will work to receive compensation from your employer by presenting your case to them and their lawyers. We will then negotiate on your behalf to receive the maximum settlement for you.
Most cases are settled once legal proceedings have been issued, especially as it is usually more economical than proceeding to an Employment Tribunal. However, if negotiations fail, we will represent you throughout the employment tribunal proceedings and at an Employment Tribunal hearing.
If your claim is unsuccessful you owe us nothing
As part of our independent initial advice to you, we will consider and advise you in your best interests on the ways to fund your claim whether it is successful or not.
Put simply, our service is 'risk-free' for you. If we believe that your claim has reasonable prospects of success and you decide to instruct us to represent you, then we will ask you to accept our ‘no win-no fee’ agreement.
