Moving home advice: 'Buy with family or friends'
Conveyancing 13 Jul 2011

Those who are looking for
moving home advice have been told to consider buying a property with family or friends.
This is according to Helen Adams of Firstrungnow.com, who said this option can mean that people have to save a smaller cost and will pay reduced legal, running and mortgage costs.
"In some areas it may enable buyers even to leap-frog the first rung of the ladder to a larger property – but not in many," she said.
The housing guru added more property
conveyancing advice, saying that people who buy a home with loved ones will have their social life built in and may have rented with the same friend before so are taking less of a risk.
Furthermore, the National Association of Estate Agents said that people thinking of buying a property with loved ones should speak about a co-ownership contract to a legal professional and agree before moving what will occur if the circumstances of one owner alter.
