No-win-no-fee lawyers support 'long fight for justice'

A mother has praised the work of
no-win-no-fee lawyers for helping secure an inquest into her son's death, four years after he was killed in an accident at work.
The Morning Star Online reveals Dorothy Wright was unaware of the difficulties involved in bringing such a case to court.
She states: "Families of people killed at work get no financial help with legal representation while companies tend to be able to pay for big-hitting barristers."
No-win-no-fee lawyers could help in such a situation, as the costs of bringing a complaint to a satisfactory conclusion can be prohibitive.
Currently under scrutiny as the results of Lord Young's review of the so-called compensation culture are soon to be revealed,
no-win-no-fee solicitors have received negative press from those who claim the system encourages 'time-wasting' claims.
Due to report back in the near future, the Conservative peer is expected to be critical of legal aid in certain situations, with issues such as no-win-no-fee advertising the topic of heated debate.
