Head of the Ministry of Justice's unit to deal with this minority group Kevin Rousell observes the vast majority of personal injury firms "[help] people who might not otherwise be able to afford to have access to justice."

He adds work is being done to ensure all legal services in the sector are brought up to the same standard of professional service, so clients who do their research before choosing a lawyer should be guaranteed excellent treatment.
