Walt Disney will 'causes family feud'
Probate & Estate Administration 24 Dec 2010

A feud has erupted between members of Walt Disney's family over the cartoon legend's will.
This is according to a series of reports by the Arizona Republic, which claims individuals have visited a probate court in Maricopa County over the issue.
Disney's inheritance is the subject of disputes by co-trustees, friends and family, with one of the key subjects trusts created for his grandchildren and trustees placed with the responsibility of determining when they were confident to receive the funds.
An agreement has been reached in the case, but Bill Lund, the mogul's son-in-law, told the news source he had been unable to speak to his daughter in private "for nearly year" and it had been "pure torture".
Meanwhile, in the UK, the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals has won a legal battle at the Court of Appeal over its share of an estate worth almost £1 million, something that may interest those seeking
probate services.
