Amy Winehouse's estate administration sees £2m distributed
Probate & Estate Administration 05 Sep 2011

The estate of Amy Winehouse has been distributed among friends and family, following probate and estate administration, with the value of her estates estimated at £2 million.
Despite the singer believed to be worth around £10 million in 2008, just £2 million has been divided between her loved ones and chosen beneficiaries, according to annual accounts for her two companies, Cherry Westfield and CW Touring, which were published this week.
The data reveals that Cherry Westfield was worth £2,004,963 at the end of last November, down £20,000 on 2009, while CW Touring reduced from £142,012 to just £8,032 in the same period.
Another reason for the drop in the singer's wealth before her July 2009 death is believed to be because she asked her father, Mitch, to look after her assets.
Recently, the assets left behind by actor Christopher Cazenove were revealed, with the Daily Mail reporting that the Dynasty actor spent his fortune on classic cars and only left £80,000 in his will.
