Probate records reveal Pete Postlethwaite's wealth

Recently released probate records have revealed how much actor Pete Postlethwaite left in his will.

Probate documents showed the Usual Suspects actor was worth £185,000 when he died from cancer in January, the Daily Mail reported.

Details form the star's will showed that his gross wealth amounted to £320,000 and stood at £185,000 after taxes and debts had been paid.

He died at the age of 64 on January 2nd 2010 after battling pancreatic cancer, having beaten testicular cancer in the past.

The actor left behind wife Jacqueline Morrish, daughter Lily, 15, and son Will, 21.

His memorial service in February was attended by a number of big names, including Kevin Spacey and Daniel Day Lewis.

Another actor who died recently and did not update their will was Heath Ledger, which meant that his parents and siblings were named as the beneficiaries of his estate rather than his daughter Matilda Rose.
