It has been revealed to those interested in
wills and probate maters that Peter Falk made a will that left most of his estate to his spouse, Shera.
A source told Radar: "Peter left the bulk of his estate to Shera. The house that the two of them lived in together, art work, investment accounts, and more have been left to Shera"
The Columbo actor died in the US last Thursday and has suffered with Alzheimer's for several years.
He is believed to have been worth around $5 million (£3.1 million) and, according to Radar, had established a trust fund before his medical diagnosis.
It has been widely reported that the star also included his two adopted daughters when he decided to
make a will, despite being estranged from one of them, Catherine.
Reportedly, the actor included a clause which said that should this daughter from his first marriage challenge the will she will not receive any inheritance.
Falk is appeared in a number of television shows and films besides Columbo, including Pocketful of Miracles, Murder, Inc and Brink's Job.
