Charity wills supported by British actor
Will writing 27 Sep 2010
Charity wills have received a boost from well-respected British actor Timothy Spall, who was featured alongside his wife in an exhibition by Legacies Through A Lens.
The Cornishman reveals the Westcountry third sector group is aiming to highlight the importance of donating to a worthy cause through will-writing, with Spall's image one of a number of celebrities featured on behalf of their organisation of choice.
A charity will could ensure bodies are supported by those they have helped - such as illness sufferers - or simply by individuals with an issue that is close to their heart.
Known for roles in the Harry Potter series and work alongside British director Mike Leigh, the actor commented: "[We] have been deeply humbled by the men and women who crew the lifeboats around our coasts, who are prepared to risk their own lives to … save others."
Held at the OXO Gallery in London, the exhibition may have reminded visitors of the importance of
charity wills and the significant impact these can have.
