Liverpool-based civil litigation partner Kristina Stoddern claims there is an "ongoing problem" when it comes to inappropriate firms making wills for clients, suggesting more should be done to ensure consumers are helped by competent, reputable law practitioners, Click Liverpool reports.

making a will poses a problem only for a very small minority, the legal specialist states people are unaware the same rules do not apply for all companies that offer
will-writing services.
