Professional will writing advice given
Will writing 11 May 2011

A legal expert has provided
professional will writing advice.
Louise Sykes, a partner at a law firm, told the Daily Telegraph that when people decide to
make a will they should let their family know its contents. This is so that loved ones are aware of what they are set to receive and so that disputes do not arise.
Ms Sykes also said that the person someone chooses as an executor of a will should be suitable for the task.
She said: "Professionals, including solicitors and banks are often appointed, but whoever is chosen should be someone who is trustworthy, responsible and who understands the issues involved."
According to Ms Sykes, professional will writing service, such as ones using solicitors, should also be used when
making a will to ensure that this document is valid.
In addition, legal expert Sue Medder and businessman Sir Gerry Robinson, stars of Can't Take It With You', also said that people should make a will.
