Speculation about Elizabeth Taylor's will beneficiary mounts

Will writing 25 Mar 2011

Speculation about Elizabeth Taylor's will beneficiary mounts The recent passing of Dame Elizabeth Taylor has also brought speculation about who the actress decided to name as her heirs when she opted to make a will.

Her children are allegedly among those suggesting that her manager, Jason Winters, could be set to inherit the star's fortune, the Daily Mail reported.

According to the news source, if this is the case, Mr Withers is likely to hand the estimated £360 million fortune to an Aids charity via a trust, as they met when Dame Elizabeth was helping those with the disease.

In addition, the actress' intentions were made clear when she instructed that her body be brought to its final resting place 15 minutes late. Her wishes were carried out when she was laid to rest at California's Forest Lawn Memorial Park, following a funeral service that began later than scheduled at her command.

Ms Taylor's death highlights the importance of making a will to ensure that a person's wishes are carried out.
