A dispute is reportedly brewing over how much each party should receive from Elizabeth Taylor's $600 million (£370 million) estate, highlighting the importance of will writing services.
The National Enquirer has reported that relatives of the Hollywood icon, who died last month at the age of 79, are upset that Dame Elizabeth's manager, Jason Winters, was made administrator of her will.
According to the news source, her four children, Michael Wilding, Christopher Wilding, Liza Todd and Maria Burton, feel as though Mr Winters took advantage of his close relationship with the star to secure himself part of the estate.
"Her children must feel insulted Liz didn't choose any of them to take care of her business affairs. But, in truth, Jason was a lifesaver for Liz during her darkest days," an insider explained.
Meanwhile, a large portion of Dame Elizabeth's fortune is thought to be earmarked for charity, in line with requests made through will writing services prior to her untimely death.
