34 Million UK Adults ‘will-less’
The majority of adults in the UK are currently unaware of the importance of having a Will. 72% of the people questioned said that they are not concerned about making a Will with a third of the people saying that they felt too young to have a one.

Increasing complexity of inheritance tax
HM Revenue and Customs have released a new form replacing the existing IHT200 inheritance tax form. To Executors and Administrators, this means increasing their understanding of taxation and devoting more time to complete the forms to the satisfaction of HM Revenue and Customs. As a result Administrators will need to carry out a more thorough examination of the deceased’s Estate.
