Accidents involving uninsured drivers
If you have been injured in an accident involving an uninsured driver, do not worry. It may still be possible for us to make a claim on your behalf using the Motor Insurance Bureau (MIB).
The Motor Insurance Bureau is a non profit organisation funded by the insurers of UK drivers and has been set up to help those involved in accidents caused by uninsured drivers.
