Barbecued oriental sticky pork with stir-fry noodles

20 minutes + 30 minutes marinating

ingredients

8 slices of The Co-operative British pork loin steaks
2 tbsp of The Co-operative New Zealand clover honey
4 tbsp soy sauce
2cm ginger, peeled and grated
3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
2 tbsp of The Co-operative olive oil
350g pack of The Co-operative stir-fry vegetables
1 tsp of The Co-operative sesame seeds
250g noodles, cooked to pack instructions

 

method

Place the pork between sheets of cling-film and slightly flatten with a rolling pin.

Mix the honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and parsley together, then add the pork and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

Pop the pork on to a preheated barbecue. Cook for 5 minutes on each side.

Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan until hot and then add the vegetables. Cook for 1 minute then add the sesame seeds followed by the noodles.

Cook for 2-3 minutes and then serve with the pork.
