2 mugs ¾ full of hot fresh coffee (preferably made with a cafetière)2 tsp The Co-operative Fairtrade brown sugar50ml (2fl oz) The Co-operative Irish whiskey50ml (2fl oz) double creamNutmeg for topping
Combine the coffee, sugar and Irish whiskey in a mug and stir until dissolved.Float the cream over the coffee by simply pouring over the back of a teaspoon resting on the side of the glass.Finish with a little grated nutmeg.Back to all recipes
