cranberry and lime cooler

ingredients
12 blueberries or other small berries
Finely grated zest of 1 lime, juice of 3, plus wedges to serve
110g (4oz) sugar
100ml (3½fl oz) The Co-operative cranberry juice
100ml (3½fl oz) The Co-operative lemonade
method
Place 1 or 2 berries in the holes of an ice-cube tray and fill with water. Freeze.
Put the lime zest and juice in a small pan with the sugar. Bring to the boil and simmer gently for 2-3 minutes until the sugar dissolves. Set aside to cool completely.
To serve, divide the ice cubes and syrup between 4 tall glasses. Add the cranberry juice then top up with lemonade, stirring to combine the ingredients.
