Press the cloves into the orange and place into a heavy-based saucepan.Add all the remaining ingredients except for the rum and bring to a steady simmer until the sugar has dissolved. Continue to simmer for 30 minutes and cool slightly.Stir in the rum and strain into a serving jug. Decorate with the fruit.Back to all recipes
