1 large ripe banana, chopped25g (1oz) The Co-operative raspberries150ml (5 fl oz) low-fat natural yogurt5ml (1 tsp) maple syrup125ml (4 fl oz) The Co-operative orange juice15g (½ oz) The Co-operative porridge oatssprigs of mint to garnish
Put all the ingredients together in the blender and whiz for 1 minute until smooth. Top with sprigs of mint.
One serving = 1 of your 5 a day.
