Hot fruit crumble

ingredients

25ml (1fl oz) The Co-operative London dry gin
25ml (1fl oz) cherry liquor
Squeeze of lemon juice
1 tsp The Co-operative Fairtrade Mexican clear honey
2 tsp blackcurrant or strawberry preserve
100ml (3½fl oz) cranberry juice
2 The Co-operative Truly Irresistible stem ginger cookies, finely crushed


method

Place the gin, cherry liquor, lemon juice, honey, blackcurrant preserve and cranberry juice into a saucepan and warm through, making sure it does not boil.

Meanwhile, rub the rim of the glass with a slice of lemon or orange and dip into the biscotti crumb.

Slowly pour the drink into the glass and serve with blackcurrants from the preserve.
