Hot toddy

1 pint of freshly brewed tea (Darjeeling, green or English)
2 tbsp The Co-operative Fairtrade Mexican clear honey
4 x 25ml (1fl oz) shots of brandy
50ml (2fl oz) fresh clementine juice
4 slices of clementine to serve

method

In a heat-proof jug make 1 pint of freshly brewed tea, making sure the tea brews for about 5 minutes.

Stir in the honey, brandy and clementine juice, then pour into tall glasses with slices of clementine.
