Non-alcoholic ginger beer punch

ingredients

1 litre (1¾ pints) ginger beer
8 whole cloves
200ml (7fl oz) The Co-operative orange juice
200ml (7fl oz) sparkling water
Juice of 1 lemon
1 cinnamon stick
1 tbsp The Co-operative Fairtrade sugar
10 mint leaves
2 clementines, sliced
Extra mint and clementines to serve

method

Place all the ingredients into a medium saucepan and slowly simmer for 20 minutes.

Cool slightly before serving into highball glasses with slices of Clementine and mint sprigs.
